Susanne was recently recognized for going above and beyond for
a patient. Due to cognitive limitations, a patient was having difficulty
locating the practice. While Susanne was on the phone trying
to give directions, she realized the individual was down the
street. Taking action, Susanne drove to meet the patient and had
her follow her back to the practice so she could be on time for her
appointment. Susanne was respectful of the patient’s personal
situation and showed true excellence in going the extra mile for
the patient!
