Patient Satisfaction Survey - Here is What YOU had to say! iCare at Maine Medical Partners Neurosurgery & Spine

Patient Satisfaction Survey Results – How did we do?
Here’s what YOU had to say!

iCare – Customer Service Excellence Initiative at
Maine Medical Partners and Neurosurgery & Spine Associates

As part of the Maine Medical Partners Organization, our practice had the opportunity to ask our patients about their experience at our practice. From the ease of contacting our office by phone to the courtesy of our staff and the provider’s explanation of diagnosis and plan – we wanted to hear from YOU – and here is what you had to say:

“I cannot say enough good things about your practice”

“Our experience with your office and staff were excellent”

“We are so very thankful for the compassion and skill from your practice. The staff at your office is wonderful also and always greets us with a compassionate smile. This means a lot to patients and family members during trying times.”

This survey has also proved extremely helpful to us in identifying specific areas for improvement so that we can reach the standard of excellence we have set for the practice. We are presently working closely with our Billing Department to add clarity to our billing statements. Your feedback has also lead us to take a look at our health education materials and improving the quality, content and presentation.

We would like to thank all the patients who took a moment to complete and return these surveys so that we can focus on these areas of improvement and ultimately improve in these areas.

What is i-Care? You may have seen this logo in our lobby or an exam room! As part of the Maine Medical Partners organization, Neurosurgery & Spine Associates has recently adopted a new, exciting service excellence program called i-Care. Our organization is committed to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. “iCare” is far more than a set of standards. Our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence comprise who we are. iCare is how we deliver care to each and every person. We are an organization comprised of 120+ physicians and 600+ employees, with one set of shared values.

This service excellence program is not just a one time initiative. Maine Medical Partners and Neurosurgery & Spine Associates (and each physician, manager and employee) have committed to incorporating these values into every aspect of our organization. We are excited to nurture this service excellence program into something that becomes part of the culture and ultimately, which is experienced by anyone coming into contact with our practice.

We always want to hear from you! As always, your feedback provides the direction for us to identify areas in need of improvement. We encourage you to contact us through our web portal or directly via telephone with any suggestions or experiences that you have to share.

We are – in every sense of the words, YOUR TEAM!
